WHOLESALE SALES
Essencia Design is a manufacturer of premium outdoor furniture made from Teak and All Weather Wicker and we are open to the trade only, if you are a retailer, designer, architect, hospitality, organization that use this product for resale or business, please sign up online to request a wholesale pricing.

Once your application is approved, you will be able to view our wholesale pricing online and purchase it online as well.

PAYMENT
Credit card payment is accepted only on order less than $5000. For orders more than $5000 we accept personal/business check and wire transfer.
CUSTOM DESIGN
We provide custom design services for our customer. Lead-time for all custom design is approx 12-16 weeks. Please contact us at 408-828-2875 to get more information.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our order turn around for in stock product is 3-5 days. We ship via Fedex Ground / Other freight company. Shipping charges is around 20% depending on your location. You can also request to be notified on the shipping charges and we will contact you before we ship. If you would like to use your own carrier, please inform us before hand so we can arrange it for you.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPMENT
All products are carefully inspected before packing and prepared for the carrier in a good condition. However shipping damaged can occur, upon receiving shipments please:
Inspect all packages thoroughly upon receipt.
Note any damages on the delivery receipt or bill of lading and notified the driver before signing the shipments.
If shipping charges are paid from the customer, customer must contact the shipping company directly for any damages.
If not please contact us at sales@essenciadesign.com within 5 days of receiving the package to submit the claim. After 5 days , we would not be able to help submitting the claim and most of the time shipping company will decline the claim.
Please provide pictures on damage item and boxes , bill of lading, and keep all original packaging.
